How Does the Process Work?
First, we sit down with you to find out what you are trying to accomplish.  We do a site survey and discuss different options.  Then we will design a system that meets your needs and budget.  As soon as you make your decision, we can usually have the system installed within a week.

What Type of Internet Connection Do I Need for Web Viewing?
At a minimum, you should have DSL or Cable with a minimum upload speed of 256k.  More advanced systems will require higher upload speeds, and we will recommend the connection type based on your configuration.

What If I Cannot Get A High Speed Internet Connection?
In most cases, we can help.  It is possible to get a broadband almost everywhere, even if you are not "wired" for it.
